Tan Tarım was established by Tan Esentepe, Agricultural Engineer,
M.Sc., in 1986 and started performing representation of many national and international companies
and maintained its activities successfully ever since. In 2015, in order to reduce foreign dependency in
sector with the trust and experience gained as a result of its activities in the agricultural sector for many years,
it put into operation its production facility established completely with domestic capital in Izmir ITOB Organized
Industrial Zone and started producing its own products and reached its modern structure today.
Tan Tarım focused on the production of Plant Protection Products and Fertilizers in various copper containing formulations together with the technical materials such as Bordeaux Mixture, Copper Oxychloride, Copper Hydroxide, Copper Sulfate and Copper Carbonate adopting its slogan “Be Safe with Copper”.
Tan Tarım products are produced in compliance with the principles of sustainable agriculture totally respectful to human, environment and nature in line with the needs and expectations of producers, and they were licensed in Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Albania, Bosnia Herzegovina and Algeria for use in effective fight against diseases. Research and development work for innovative, reliable and high-quality products is continued.
